Players will do 5 games with reflection time
of 45 minutes and recharge of 30 seconds for each moves (Fischer
System).

With at least 36 participants players
will be subdivided
in 3 groups on the grounds of Elo-Rubele classification (for Italian players)
and Volmac classification (for foreign players). If the participants
will be 35 or less the players will be subdivided in 2 groups, with the
same rules.

Enrolment's fee is of 16 € (free for GMI players).

Matches
will be decided with Italian-Swiss system.

There will be FID and FMJD rules.

To lodge a protest during the competition each player has to give the
referee the sum of 30 €.
Money will be given back if the referee agrees the protest.

It's mandatory to participate in the
prizegiving to receive the prizes.
Program
The
competition will take place in the municipal hall in Mori (TN), in
via Modena 38.
Saturday September 2 at 2.30 p.m. enrolment (subscription fee of 16
€ from 2.00 to 2.30 pm) and 2 matches.
Sunday September 3 at 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. 3 matches.
Immediately after the end of the competition there will be the
prizegiving, normally at 5.30 p.m.
Regulations of Blitz Tournament

On September 2 from
10.00 to 12.00 there will be a blitz tournament in the municipal
hall in Mori (TN), in via Modena 38.

The tournament will have a unique
group. Reflection time will be 5 minutes + 3 seconds per player (Fischer
system).

Matches
will be decided with Italian-Swiss system.

Enrolment's fee 10 €. Subscriptions will be open from 9.30 to 10.00.

The prizegiving will be at 2.30 pm,
just before the beginning of Coppa Città di Mori International Open. It's mandatory to
participate in the prizegiving's cerymony to receive the prizes.

Blitz tournament will be valid for change in Volmac rapid/blitz
rating.
There will be FID and FMJD rules. The director of the tournaments has
the authority to change some rules for a good way of the tournament.
